The course is very rich in knowledge and processes; however, 8 days felt a bit short to fully digest the content, so I would recommend extending it to 12 days with 2 hours per day. For future training, I am interested in advanced courses related to Strategic Project Management, Portfolio Management, Agile PMOs, and Change Management. Additionally, training on digital transformation, leadership skills for PMO leaders, and the use of AI tools in professional PMOs would be very valuable.
